Yummy and spicy. That is what these poppers are. Super delicious. The cream cheese just barely cools down the spice of the jalapeños, and the bacon just gives it... mmm... bacon. :) Cut your jalapeños in half, and seed them. Take out all the seeds. The seeds are the spiciest part of the jalapeno. Wear plastic gloves when seeding them if you have sensitive skin. Fill the jalapeno halves with your choice of flavoured cream cheese. I like the herbs and roasted garlic cream cheese. Wrap the jalapeno with a strip of bacon, then place on your barbeque (400°). Bake 'em for about 20 minutes. After the bacon has cooked to your liking, take them out, and enjoy! You will need a glass of water, to cool your mouth down, but these are super yummy.
