It doesn't say "How to BBQ the Perfect Steak", because to me, a perfect steak is about medium rare, with a little pink still in the middle. This is more of a well done steak, more how my mother likes it. It still tastes great! I love steak! :)
Thaw out your steaks in the fridge. Don't thaw them out on the counter at room temperature, unless you only do it for about an hour, or else it is not food safe.
Once the steak is thawed, take it out of the fridge, put it on a plate, and cover with a paper towel. Let it sit on the counter for 1/2 hour.
After the 1/2 hour is up, season with your choice of spices. We used rosemary, pepper, and a few other spices.
Place them on your grill (at 450°), and barbeque them for 5 minutes per side.
Once the 5 minutes each side is up, take them inside, and eat them right away.
