Best Beef Dip Ever

Yum! This is soooooo good! Loads of flavour, and so delicious. It is a comfort food, not something healthy. So balance that out with some carrots and radishes. Both taste really good as a side for the beef dip.
Picture
Place a 4 pound chuck roast into the slow cooker. Remember to cut all the strings, if yours has that.
Picture
Take 4 garlic chunks. (more if you like lots of flavour)
Picture
Mince the garlic up then place over the roast.
Picture
Take one tbsp. of dried rosemary.
Picture
Sprinkle that over the roast like you did the garlic.
Picture
Place 3 bay leaves on the roast.

Take one cup of soy sauce, and pour over the roast. (I added 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, because I like the flavour of Worcestershire sauce)
Picture
Pour 6 cups of beef broth over the chuck roast. (The recipe said water, but again, I like loads of flavour, so I did beef broth)

Put the slow cooker on low, and leave for 8+ hours. Unlike most other slow cooker recipes the longer you leave the roast in the slow cooker the better.

After the roast is done, take it out. It will be super soft, easily taken apart.

Oh, don't forget to NOT drain all the juices away, you need those for later.

Place some of the roast on some toasted buns. On one bun spread mayonnaise and dried garlic. I used Epicure's SPG (salt, pepper, garlic).
Picture
Strain the juices, so that it is just the liquid, no pieces of fat. Place the juice into a container big enough to dip your bun in. Don't forget the carrots and radishes to counteract the slightly unhealthy beef dip. (And just because they taste good)

Dip, and enjoy this super delicious food. :)
