Such a simple idea, but so annoying. Tasted great, but only looked half as great as I was expecting. It was a big hit though. Everyone thought they were really cool.

The chocolate was melting all fine, until I added food colouring. Turns out the chemicals in food colouring make the chocolate seize.

You can see that at the beginning the chocolate was a little smoother, but as I got further along, the chocolate got a little harder to work with.

Oh, and also, do not wash your strawberries before you put chocolate on them. Or if you do, leave lots of time for them to dry. Chocolate does not stay on wet strawberries. I had to dry every strawberry individually so the chocolate would stay on. That added a lot of time onto these strawberries.

Put chocolate pudding in a small cup, sprinkle with Oreo crumbs, and set the strawberry in that. It adds to the look. If you cant tell, we are trying to make the strawberries look like carrots.

They turned out better then I was expecting halfway through. They tasted awesome. They were the highlight desert of the evening. :)
