Raiding the Fridge. That is what I did with this recipe. Well, its not much of a recipe, it is more me looking through the fridge, seeing what we have, and making something out of it. We had crescent roll dough, Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno, and farmer sausage. I cut the cheese into slices, and used mandolin to cut the farmer sausage into thin slices. Roll out the crescent rolls, separate them apart. Place a slice of cheese at the wider part of the dough. Place a few slices of the farmer sausage on top of the cheese. Starting at the wider end, roll the crescent dough so it looks like this. ^ Place them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake them in a oven preheated to 375°, until golden brown. Dip them in the leftover pizza sauce from the time you made Grilled Pizza, or the leftover cream cheese dip from the time you made Jalapeno Pepper Poppers.
Enjoy! These are super yummy, and super cheesy if you eat them right away. I suggest eating them right away, so the cheese is gooey and just plain perfect. :)
