Yummy, yummy, yummy. These kale chips are easy to make, and such a healthy yummy snack! For this you need kale, olive oil, and salt. Wash the kale, then break it into medium sized pieces. Pour about 2 tsp. of olive oil. And 1/4 tsp. salt. Shake up the kale, so everything mixes up. Spread the kale on a baking sheet. I used a crisper from Epicure. Bake in the oven (170°F) for 10 minutes, then turn off the oven for 10 minutes, then bake again for 10 minutes. Place in a mason jar... Then seal it using the wide mouth jar sealer and the Food Saver I talked about in the Drying Herbs post.
And there you have it. A delicious, healthy snack you can crunch on all you want without feeling guilty. Though I still like Sweet Chili Heats best... :)
