Hello. Sorry I've been gone for so long, I got a JOB! At my Aunt's bakery,
Berrey Temptations.
Anyways, let me talk about this awesome recipe that was so good I took time out of my busy schedule to tell you about. :)
These gummies are AWESOME. Here is a little known fact about me. I am not the biggest fan of gummies. The taste is always so fake. Well, these gummies are so GOOD. They taste AMAZING, and are so easy to make. You should TOTALLY try them out. :D

Get out all your ingredients before hand.

In a medium saucepan, mix 2 cups of any fruit juice. We used 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup cranberry juice.
Picture
Add 8 tablespoons of honey, or to taste.
Picture
Then slowly add in 1/2  cup gelatin powder, whisking as you pour.

Turn the stove top to medium heat, and whisk.

Keep whisking until the honey and gelatin have dissolved.

Do not let the mixture come to a boil. Test the liquid with a spoon, to see if the gelatin has totally dissolved.

Pour the juice into a pitcher. Use one with a small funnel, that makes it easier to get into the molds.

Pour the juice into molds. I would suggest silicone chocolate molds. They are small, and are the easiest to get the gummies out of. You can find some right here.

Let the gummies set in the fridge for about 20 minutes, or until they are set.

Take them out, and enjoy. They do not last long in our house, we usually eat them all in less then a day.

Note: You can use different flavours of fruit/berry juice, and you can add pureed fruit/berries to it. Just do 1 1/2 cups of juice, and about a cup of puree.

Enjoy! :)
