These cookies are amazing. I made them while some little kids were staying at our house, and they were very picky eaters. But they LOVED these cookies. :)

In a mixer, mix together 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp.  ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg and 3/4 cup butter, softened.

Mash 2 banana's very well.

Add the bananas and 1 egg to the flour mixture, mix well.

Add 1 3/4 cups quick rise oats, mix well.

Then add 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. I used mini chips, you can use regular if you like.

Then drop by the heaped tablespoon onto a cookie sheet, then bake at 375° for 13-15 minutes.

Then enjoy! These cookies were SO good, we had them for snack and breakfast.
