This is not a normal tuna salad, it is really cool. The taste and texture is amazing. I love this. :)
In a small bowl mix together 3 cans of tuna (10-12 ounces total), 5 small radishes cut into small wedges, 1 large carrot shredded, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tsp. minced ginger, and 1 seeded and minced serrano chile.
Then add 1 tsp. sesame oil, 2 tbsp. olive oil, and 3 tbsp. rice vinegar.
Mix, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy with crackers, bread, or lettuce.
